Genezyz Story

Our company was founded in 2015 with a few employees who shared a single room. Those were the early days when each of us worked tirelessly to create something great and unforgettable. We collaborated on projects, turning our vision into reality. Over the years, we have grown and evolved, building a large team of talented professionals. However, we remember our humble beginnings and value each employee as an integral part of our history.

The desire to constantly move forward, keeping pace with the rapidly changing world, allowed us to double the initial number of projects within the first year of operation and the development of each team member – to increase their engagement and remain relevant to this day. Companies now have many examples to look up to for inspiration.

The history of every company is shaped every day and depends on new steps. We understand the importance of moving forward, always seeking new horizons. That’s why we never stop, no matter what. We constantly improve our skills and knowledge, implement new technologies and ideas to ensure the success of the company as a whole and each of its employees individually. Neither a pandemic nor a war has stopped us. We continue to strengthen our positions and are committed to providing assistance to our clients.

Time flies quickly, and here comes another important milestone in the life of our company. In June 2017, we celebrated a significant step forward – the expansion of our office and a threefold increase in the number of employees. Those days were filled with energy, excitement, and new opportunities. From a small room where everything once began, we moved to a spacious and modern office that became our new home. The size of the desks grew, but the hearts of our employees remained the same – full of drive and the desire to do incredible things. Thanks to the office expansion, we gained more opportunities for collaboration and interaction. The spacious rooms became a place where new ideas and processes were born, where we worked together on projects and found the best solutions. Our communication channels strengthened, and cooperation evolved into something more than just work.

Medbalance and U-Clinic. Both projects have Israeli roots. The first one is dedicated to innovative treatment of metabolic disorders, while the second focuses on urological diseases. The decision to collaborate with Medbalance and U-Clinic proved to be a significant step forward for our company. We value the Israeli experience and knowledge, which make a unique contribution to the development of medicine. Together with Medbalance and U-Clinic, we continue to work towards providing our patients with access to innovative treatment methods and helping them return to a full and healthy life.

Despite the pandemic and full-scale war with Russian invaders, our company did not cease its operations. We understand the importance of our role, which is to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees in these challenging circumstances. We made every effort to implement necessary safety measures and distancing protocols in the workplace. We introduced remote work arrangements, adhered to health and safety recommendations. Additionally, we did not forget about our military forces, who bravely defend our country against aggression. We supported our army by providing assistance and necessary resources to aid them in their mission.
